You will manage flight ticket issuance and changes with speed, precision, and full ownership to deliver smooth travel experiences. What You’ll Do: • Issue, modify, and refund flight tickets through our integrated airline systems • Manage airline rules, fare conditions, and schedule changes accurately • Resolve booking discrepancies quickly and efficiently • Coordinate with customer support to ensure smooth and reliable travel experiences • Maintain accuracy and accountability across all ticketing operations
You will support travelers before and after booking, providing clear, fast, and empathetic assistance to ensure a smooth travel experience. What You’ll Do: • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes • Provide accurate guidance based on airline policies and booking conditions • Resolve customer issues efficiently while balancing customer needs and company guidelines • Document interactions accurately to maintain service quality and operational clarity. • Communicate updates clearly and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process
You will work directly with the founder to design and scale the operational systems that power our travel platform. This is a hands-on builder role focused on execution, structure, and speed. What You’ll Do: • Build and improve core operational workflows across customer operations, internal processes, and payment flows • Identify friction points in daily operations and turn them into clear process improvements • Create structured documentation, playbooks, and internal systems that scale with the company • Coordinate across product, support, and finance to ensure smooth execution • Use automation and smart tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
